Pie Crimps

Martha Stewart Pie Crimps

I have to admit that I've been stuck on the  classic pie crimp (14 below), but there are a lot of creative ways to give structure and drama to your pie crust. Libbie Summers has 20 pie crimps in 2 minutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9F7ZDnN2bU&feature=youtu.be and here are some static versions below of those I could find online images for.
